The best time is during the dry season (February to October). Lower water levels in the villus (lakes) make wildlife easier to spot as animals congregate around water sources. However, the park is beautiful year-round with fewer crowds in the off-peak season.

Absolutely! We are deeply committed to eco-friendly practices, ensuring that each adventure contributes positively to the preservation of the ecosystem and supports sustainable tourism.
We recommend sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, sunglasses, binoculars, and a camera. Wear light-colored clothing and bring a jacket for cooler mornings. A reusable water bottle is highly recommended.
Safaris last from a half-day to a full day. Packages include guided tours in specially equipped vehicles and experienced guides. Full-day excursions often include a lunch in the heart of nature.
Safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule the safari or offer an alternative itinerary. We monitor forecasts closely and communicate proactively with our guests.

In our All Exclusive packages, full-day safaris include a picnic lunch. Half-day safaris include snacks and refreshments. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions during booking.
Yes! We highly encourage it. There is no additional fee for standard camera gear. We recommend protecting your equipment from dust and moisture and bringing extra batteries.
Yes, there are designated restroom facilities located at the park entrance and specific stopping points inside the park. Your guide will ensure breaks are scheduled accordingly.
